You came out the very same day I called you to discuss what I wanted done. I had your initial estimate within two days of that visit. It took longer for me to get bids from other garage builders.

The nice clean features, the height and space that I now have will add volumes to my overall enjoyment of my property. With the added skylights and additional service doors, I will be able to have a very nice wood working and metal fabricating shop/office/entertainment room all in one area.

You have stayed true to your bid, which I thank you for. Additional charges for services that were not on the bid, I appreciate being fare and honest. I also appreciate the speed and cleanliness of your crew’s work. Cleaning up after the garage was erected yesterday, a one day erection and roofing job, was very nice to come home to. I’m sure that my neighbors were also impressed and are looking forward to contacting you about their new garage, too.

I will enjoy the three skylights that were installed as a special request. Maybe you would consider adding them to your garage features in the future with other owners? I certainly would recommend it. My 12 foot wide shop will get some of the benefits from the west skylight and the remaining garage will certainly be warmed by the sun and cooled by the fresh air. I will enjoy those skylight windows.

Chris, I would guess that your building year has now begun a little bit earlier than usual this year. Here it is February and I do have a new garage in my back yard. If you are sending others to take a look at the finished job, send them over. I’m sure the garage will be something to talk about and consider for their homes, too. Big and bold is better, when the price is right and you are working with friendly competent workers.
